Oksana Semak – Assistant Professor of the Department of Foreign Languages and Translation.

 

 

 

She was born in 1972 in Lviv. She graduated with honors from Vasyl Stefanyk Precarpathian National University in 1995. From 1996 to 2008 – worked as an English teacher at secondary school № 21 in Ivano-Frankivsk. From 2004 to 2008 she studied at the correspondence department of postgraduate studies. In 2009 she defended her thesis “Ukrainian Diaspora dramaturgy of the first half of the twentieth century: the system of conflicts and characters”. She is the author of several methodical textbooks and a number of scientific articles.
